Since September 2026, elionis has provided its own FTTH and FTTO fiber lines throughout France, relying on ielo, a French carrier. They serve either as your main fiber line or as a backup link alongside your Bouygues Telecom Entreprises fiber, as we continue to work with Bouygues Telecom Entreprises for main lines.

Available speeds depend on the infrastructure operator serving your address: we check your eligibility and tell you the actual speed before you sign up. We then recommend the range best suited to your needs, and can combine both: a main fiber line with one, the backup line with the other.

We deploy our own routers, built on an open-source solution recognized worldwide, extremely reliable and regularly updated. We configure, monitor and maintain them ourselves.

Two fiber lines? Always with two different operators

A fiber line and a 4G link sold by the same provider are two links… but a single point of failure. To keep your practice connected whatever happens, we combine a Bouygues Telecom Entreprises fiber line with an elionis Fibre line, from two separate operators. Dedicated or shared: we adapt each line to what is at stake for you and to your budget.

Two routes in the streetThe two fiber lines generally do not use the same ducts or connection points: if roadworks or a technician cut one, the other keeps working.
Two infrastructuresAn outage in one operator’s data center does not cut the other link. With a single provider, the fiber line and the 4G link can go down at the same time.
Two independent contractsA commercial or administrative dispute with one operator (billing, termination, disagreement) never blocks your practice: the other link stays up.
