Technical prerequisite: a dedicated fiber line, backed up by a shared fiber line. As your server is in our cloud, an Internet outage would stop your practice: this is non-negotiable. The two lines come from two different operators: two routes in the street, two contracts, no shared point of failure. We handle the order with you: allow about 8 weeks for a dedicated fiber line to be installed.
